"The Sun" Dehumidifiers
Dehumidifiers are the sun in the drying process. They collect the moisture in the air and pump it into a sink. This process dries the air, which allows the moisture in the walls, carpets, flooring, and ceilings to escape.
These machines are designed to run 24/7. They will heat off the apartment by 10 to 15 degrees, and they do make noise. When the pump is pumping the water into the sink, you will hear a slight change in the sound. If the sound persists after 2 minutes, please unplug the machine and contact us.
Remember, for every hour the machine is turned off, it will add 2 to 3 hours of drying time to the overall process. If you feel the need, you can shut it off when you go to bed at night by pressing the round button on the top, which is black and white. Blowers are the wind in the drying process. They move the moisture away from the wet material. This process replaces the wet air with dry air, which speeds up the evaporation process. These machines are designed to run 24/7. They will heat off the apartment by 5 to 10 degrees on average, and they do make noise. If the sound of the blower changes and persists after 2 minutes, please unplug the machine and contact us.
Remember, for every hour the machine is turned off, it will add to the drying time of the overall process. If you feel the need, you can shut it off when you go to bed at night by unplugging it and plugging it back in first thing in the morning.
